Refund policy

30-day returns

If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or doesn't work, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video and we'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to return it.

Exceptions

Personalised items (such as custom moon lamps) can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
